Did you buy this car new or used?

New

How much did you pay? (including all on-road costs)

52000

What were your needs when you bought this car? Has it fulfilled those needs?

Family car, we wanted to be able to tow a caravan or trailer for holidays as well as general round town use. It’s a great all rounder.

What were your initial thoughts about the car? Tell us why it appealed to you.

Reliable brand which was very well priced. Good Off road capability, all wheel drive. Good looking. Safety rating excellent. Water resistant seats a bonus.

What have you discovered since owning the car?

If you leave the boot open when you are camping, you can flatten the battery, because all the doors have lights in them. Oops.

What do you like/dislike about the car?

Love everything about it. Great visibility, good road clearance, heated seats. Auto seat positions for two drivers. All the lane assist and cruise control features are good. It feels very sporty for a station wagon.

Any other comments on the car?

We bought the X variant because you could get all the higher spec features without having to go for the 2.5L model or the premium model that involves leather seats. Who needs those when you have kids and pets?

Lastly, would you buy this vehicle again?

Yes

Why would/wouldn't you buy it again?

It is just such good value for money compared to other SUVs that do the same thing. Plus it has true off road cred, including being able to ford streams and not get wet. Fantastic.
