The 2025 Tesla Model 3 Performance has just been revealed, aiming to set a new benchmark in electric vehicle (EV) performance and aesthetics.
However, California-based Tesla tuner Unplugged Performance has taken this already impressive EV to new heights with its latest upgrade, a carbon fibre aero kit designed to elevate the Model 3's visual appeal and aerodynamic efficiency.
Bold gets bolder
Unveiled after Tesla's launch of the new Model 3 Performance last week, this new carbon fibre aero kit promises to transform the electric sedan into something even more eye-catching and aggressive.
The kit includes a range of enhancements that start at the front of the vehicle. A newly designed splitter, grille shroud, and additional aero add-ons enhance the front profile, giving the car a much more formidable presence that rivals even the BMW M3.
These front-end upgrades are not just about looks; they also increase the downforce on the vehicle, improving handling and stability at high speeds.
The use of lightweight carbon fibre materials not only adds to the aesthetic value but also keeps the vehicle's weight in check, ensuring that performance isn’t compromised.
Along the sides, new skirt extensions made from the same robust carbon fibre trail back to an imposing rear wing known as the Ascension-R wing.
This dramatic addition to the rear is complemented by a newly developed diffuser, completing a look that is as bold as it is functional.

Customers can opt for individual components or the entire aero kit. The full package is priced at £5,929 (approximately NZ$12,600), while the front aero kit alone costs £2,423 (NZ$5150). Prices for individual parts start from under NZ$450.
Availability and installation
Pre-orders are already underway, with Unplugged Performance planning to commence deliveries in the latter half of the year.
