Mustang best-selling coupe in Germany last month
The new Ford Mustang became the best-selling sports coupe in Germany last month, beating both the Porsche 911 and the Audi TT.
Meanwhile Ford New Zealand says they are delivering more than 1000 new Mustangs in this market.
Figures from the German Federal Motor Transport Authority reveal there were 780 Mustangs sold in Germany during March.
This compares with 752 Porsche 911s and 708 Audi TTs.
"Germans have fallen in love with the Mustang - driving a Mustang GT on the Autobahn is a one of a kind experience for people who love cars," said the managing director of Ford Germany, Wolfang Kopplin.
