For me it has to be an EV, brand new, European and the wife required it to be a Mini
What were your initial thoughts about the car? Tell us why it appealed to you.
Love be the torque, the speed around the bend, quirky design, love the Mini-ness; and best of all love the EV-ness, no petrol cost.
What have you discovered since owning the car?
I can abuse the car, and bring it on rough roads and long road trips. The maintenance of the colour black is hard work, but as they say black is not a colour but a lifestyle.
What do you like/dislike about the car?
the small battery could be bigger, the rubbing of the door against the frame the causes scratches, the rear view mirror blocks the windshield, seats should have memory. Love the HUD, the heated steering wheel & seats, love the leather seats, round headlamps with built in fog lamps, the rear fog lamps, the sun roof & the roll out shades. Could have the Harmon Kardon sound if not for the chip shortage. And definitely love the service and the Wellington dealership!
Any other comments on the car?
Will buy another one again! And aiming for the SUV brother, the EV Countryman.

Just love driving it! The comfort, the speed, the handling & the looks is just superb! And the Wellington dealership is just easy to deal with!
