I wanted a nice car after driving my ute for nearly 10 years. It has certainly been a very comfortable ride. Surprisingly economic too. Trips from Auckland to Kapiti coast, that I was doing a couple of times a year, were breeze. Effortless power. Fuel consumption of 6-7 litres per 100Kms.
What were your initial thoughts about the car? Tell us why it appealed to you.
I loved the colour combination. It has light tan leather interior. All the others I have seen in NZ have black interiors, which I loathe.
What have you discovered since owning the car?
People get very envious and snarky when they perceive that you have something better than them. Even when what they drive costs 2-3 times what my car is worth.
What do you like/dislike about the car?
I love the colour (Gold), the comfort, the quietness, the power to overtake. I can't think of anything I dislike. It has done all that I wanted. I would have liked it to have more options, but when you buy pre-owned you are buying someone else's original choices.

Not now. I am getting too old for a large car and no longer do the road trips I used to do. The car is for sale as I am getting a smaller vehicle.
