Did you buy this car new or used?

New

How much did you pay? (including all on-road costs)

49000

What were your needs when you bought this car? Has it fulfilled those needs?

I needed something reliable, agile on windy roads, economical but big enough and fast enough to carry everything needed to get away to the weekend beach bach. Also I detest CVT and DSG gearboxes so had to have conventional auto.

What were your initial thoughts about the car? Tell us why it appealed to you.

Excellent. It fits all my needs perfectly. Having stepped down from a Commodore sized car to Mazda 3 took a while to get used to, but ok now

What have you discovered since owning the car?

Rear seating is a bit tight, but know this when I bought it as the kids have all left home now and hence not an issue. But car has been very reliable, economical and fun to drive.

What do you like/dislike about the car?

Likes: Head Up display and other tech the Limited has, comfortable, adequate performance, economical and very smart looking car. Dislikes: I am not a young as I used to be and getting out of the car with bad knees is not the easiest (my only complaint with the car as a whole.)

Any other comments on the car?

Car is perfect for my needs, except for when its time to get out

Lastly, would you buy this vehicle again?

No

Why would/wouldn't you buy it again?

Next car needs to be easier to get out of and hence may have to go to a SUV. Cars are also getting rarer as a segment.
