Late last year, Hot Wheels announced plans to release two scale models of Tesla's iconic Cybertruck, and unlike Elon, Hot Wheels actually followed through on its promise.

Just recently, DRIVEN's editor Dean Evans got his hands on the 1/64th version, true to Hot Wheels scale, and while it's exclusively rear-wheel drive, it's fully electric and just as fast as the real thing when it comes to scale speed.

While the $630 1/10th scale model might be the one to get, this 1/64th model was designed to fit within Hot Wheels' standard tracks, meaning that it can race alongside the rest of your collection. Because it's radio control!

Charged via the 4x AA batteries in the remote in 60 seconds, the Hot Wheels Cybertruck is rather fast, and even has a Turbo button! Scale speed would be, well, uncontrollable!

In New Zealand, buyers can get their hands on the 1/64th for around $45 from most good toy shops and The Warehouse.
