Track-only Valkyrie LM shares 520kW V12 with Le Mans racer.

Track-only Valkyrie LM shares 520kW V12 with Le Mans racer.

  • Limited to 10 units, Valkyrie LM mirrors Aston Martin’s 2025 WEC and IMSA race cars.
  • Power comes from a naturally aspirated 6.5-litre V12 producing 520kW.
  • Owners join an exclusive track programme with full factory support and coaching.

Aston Martin is cranking up the exclusivity dial with the launch of the Valkyrie LM - a track-only special derived directly from its 2025 Le Mans challenger

With just 10 examples being built, the Valkyrie LM is as close as any mere mortal will come to piloting an FIA Hypercar without signing a factory race contract.

From pit lane to paddock club

Powered by the same lean-burn 6.5-litre naturally aspirated Cosworth V12 found in the Valkyrie Hypercar competing in both WEC and IMSA, the LM version produces a regulation-capped 520kW. It also retains the same race-tuned chassis, featuring pushrod suspension, a seven-speed sequential gearbox and F1-grade Pirelli tyres.

The real difference? This one’s been recalibrated for high-end privateers rather than homologation rulebooks.

Gone are the closed-loop torque sensors and ballast - replaced with a bespoke, more user-friendly cockpit setup and accessible power delivery. Even the engine has been tweaked to accept standard track-day fuel.

According to Aston’s Head of Endurance Motorsport, Adam Carter, “the Valkyrie LM is close to identical to the race car... with only a few minor deviations to ensure it is a non-homologated variant.”

For the few, by the very fast

Owners won’t just get the car - they’ll enter a full-blown motorsport immersion. A fly-in-and-drive programme offers simulator prep, professional coaching, detailed telemetry analysis and full technical support across multiple F1-grade track days in 2026. Even the gear (helmet, fireproofs, gloves) is covered.

The experience wraps up with a December dinner at Aston HQ in Gaydon, presumably with champagne that’s aged almost as well as the brand’s racing legacy.

“This is an exquisite opportunity to be part of the most exclusive Aston Martin owners club in the world,” said CEO Adrian Hallmark. “With Valkyrie LM, there has never been an opportunity to get closer to the raw dynamic forces and state-of-the-art technology deployed by the hypercar currently competing.”

Pricing has not been disclosed yet, but considering the pedigree, power and pampering on offer, assume it’s reserved for those with a racing spirit and a superyacht budget.
