- Lamborghini’s Few Off roadsters are ultra-limited V12 models built in single-digit runs.
- Lineage spans from 2009 Reventón Roadster to hybrid Sián Roadster.
- Focus is extreme performance, radical design and maximum exclusivity.
For Lamborghini, removing the roof has never been about comfort. It’s about amplifying everything else.
The brand’s so-called “Few Off” roadsters represent the most extreme take on that idea: ultra-limited, V12-powered machines designed to deliver maximum theatre with minimal compromise.
Built in tiny numbers and often reserved for Lamborghini’s most loyal clients, these cars sit at the very top of the marque’s hierarchy, where engineering ambition and design freedom are allowed to run unchecked.
From Miura to modern icons
Lamborghini’s fascination with open-top supercars stretches back to the one-off Miura Roadster of 1968, a bold experiment that hinted at what was possible when convention was set aside.
Decades later, that idea evolved into a defined lineage of Few Off roadsters, beginning with the Reventón Roadster in 2009.
Limited to just 15 examples, it paired a 6.5-litre V12 producing 478kW with sharp-edged styling inspired by fighter jets.
Performance matched the drama, with 0 to 100km/h in 3.4 seconds and a top speed beyond 340km/h.
Then came the Veneno Roadster in 2014, arguably the most extreme of the lot.
With just nine units built, it pushed aerodynamics and visual aggression to new heights. Its V12 delivered 552kW, cutting the sprint to 100km/h to 2.8 seconds and lifting top speed to 355km/h.
Pushing tech, pushing limits
The Centenario Roadster followed in 2016, marking 100 years since Ferruccio Lamborghini’s birth.
Limited to 20 cars, it combined 566kW with innovations like rear-wheel steering and a central touchscreen. These features would later filter into production models.
By 2020, the Sián Roadster signalled a shift.
Still limited to just 19 units, it introduced hybrid assistance to the formula, pairing a naturally aspirated V12 with a 48-volt electric motor for a combined 602kW.
Rarity as a philosophy

Across more than six decades, one thing has stayed consistent: scarcity. These cars are produced in single- or double-digit runs, each one designed to showcase the outer limits of Lamborghini’s capabilities.
As CEO Stephan Winkelmann explains: “Each of these models represents a milestone in Lamborghini’s ability to combine visionary design, advanced engineering and extreme performance in limited-production open-top super sports cars.”
That philosophy is unlikely to change anytime soon.
Because for Lamborghini, the Few Off roadster is the purest expression of what the brand can do when it stops holding back.
