The world's first Bentley-branded apartment complex does feature some cool car-related stuff; but it's just as notable for the 5-star treatment it's giving to dogs.

The waiting for your spa is the hardest part.

Bentley Residences will roll out "unprecedented 5-star-plus hospitality" at a Sunny Isles Beach development in Miami, due for completion in first quarter of 2028.

Every individual balcony will have a private heated swimming pool, summer kitchen and generous living area and residents will travel directly up to their apartments inside their cars using the "Dezervator lift", named after Bentley’s partner, Dezer Development.

But who cares? Because Bentley Residences will also offer a dedicated pet spa "designed with Bentley signature motifs throughout", exclusively for residents’ pets.

Bentley motifs are part of the non-slip surfaces in the dog spa.

Bentleys and doggos: they are truly encouraged to come together in these NZ$10.25m (start price) apartments.

“We have applied the same attention to detail that goes into our cars into this very building," says Ben Saltmer, Bentley product and lifestyle design manager. "Each space is different, but with distinctive Bentley design cues styled harmoniously throughout – right down to a functional area like the Bentley Pet Spa concept.

It's important to find time for yourself.

"In the pet spa, we’ve used the Bentley diamond motif when giving the surfaces a non-slip quality. This diamond signature extends graphically to the shelving above the main bath area that houses towels, shampoos, and pet-friendly fragrances.

"Looking at how the space could be used; the intention is that the space should be intuitive. The pet is guided up the steps (if needed), washed in the bath, guided up to the grey marble surface for drying, then guided down the steps once dry. This is a practical space but also a luxurious sanctuary for pet and owner.”

Also, amazing views, top-level restaurant services, a cinema designed around Bentley interior themes, and so on. None of it as much fun as the pet spa.
