  • Bentley has unveiled a "handcrafted collection designed for dogs and their owners".
  • The range includes bespoke dog guards, quilted liners and waterproof seat covers.
  • The company has also released a bespoke dashcam system for its cars.

Because nearly a third of Bentley owners regularly travel with their pets, the company has introduced a new range of no doubt excitingly expensive pet accessories, imaginatively named 'The Pet Accessory Range'.

Following on from the super-deluxe "Bentley Residence" that comes complete with a dog spa, the Pet Accessory Range includes such necessities as a bespoke dog guard, a quilted load space liner with an integrated bumper protector, tailored rear seat protection covers and seat extenders with quilted door cards, all to ensure your best doggo friend is not only safe and comfortable, but also doesn't drool all over the  expensive leather seats in your Bentayga.

Bentley says the "Bespoke Dog Guard and Moveable Luggage Divider" (to give it it's full name) is designed and engineered to create flexible travel zones that "give pets their own cozy safe space and owners complete peace of mind." Pets can travel safely and comfortably, while luggage, shopping or outdoor equipment can be neatly separated.

Rover will appreciate the "Quilted Load Space Liner with integrated Bumper Protector" that has been "tailored precisely to the contours of the Bentayga’s boot" and is padded, waterproof and easily removable, while the bumper protector prevents scratches as dogs leap in and out.

Owners, on the other hand, will appreciate the "Tailored Rear Seat Protection Covers and Seat Extenders with Quilted Door Cards" for the Bentayga that ensures "four legged friends can stretch out in style, without risk to the soft leather beneath."

As well as the pet accessories, Bentley has also released a set of all-weather floor and boot mats, roof rail cross bars and the new "Bentley Drive Vision" dashcam system that consists of a forward facing and rear facing cameras.

No prices have been revealed for the new range of accessories yet, but as the old saying goes; if you have to ask, you probably can't afford a Bentley in the first place. Or something like that.
