What were your needs when you bought this car? Has it fulfilled those needs?
A family car to do shopping and travel to work, holiday etc. It is an amazing car which performs well when you need speed to pass cars, on hills etc. It went around the clock to 500,000.00 miles on my trip to napier from Auckland. It is way passed that now and passes its wof with just wear and tear repair. Not gunna sell it, as it is our amazing car!
What were your initial thoughts about the car? Tell us why it appealed to you.
I didn't want to buy it as it was passed our budget. I went to the toilet before leaving the car sales, and when i came back the cheeky sales man had dropped the price and sucked my hubby in. Best suck in he's done. 22 years later, hopefully it will be here when we crap out. I consider this car a classic car now. Yoop yoop!!
What have you discovered since owning the car?
That we have a great car, and we also have a great 1994 Toyota Corolla diesel. Goes like a rocket once you wind it up
What do you like/dislike about the car?
It has a ugly arse which is the designer's fault. But then i cant see it while in it. But then the boot is large for all the junk.i also like the turbo button which gives you the neck job when you use it. Your petrol consumption is compromised, but hey now and again....
