Did you buy this car new or used?

New

How much did you pay? (including all on-road costs)

$75,000

What were your needs when you bought this car? Has it fulfilled those needs?

Looking for economy. Battery charged with solar power and petrol running in hybrid mode 4 L/100Km. Very impressed. EV running average 70% of time.

Seven seater. Not quite as impressed with this feature. The back two seat only suit a child in reality. Disappointed with this.

What were your initial thoughts about the car? Tell us why it appealed to you.

The PHEV was a draw. Have had a number of Mitsubishi models in the past and found the brand reliable. Have grandchildren so the 7 seat was a positive

What have you discovered since owning the car?

For a larger vehicle the boot capacity seems small with a lack of real height e.g fitting in a medium sized bicycle is difficult. And 7 seater well, that has been a squeeze!

What do you like/dislike about the car?

Like all modern vehicle some of the electronic assistance can be frustrating. The lane assist is the first thing turned off when starting. The number of layers of the computer to go through to turn off the rear breaking when towing a trailer. This should be shut off when connecting the trailer lights such as happens with the previous 3 Skoda cars owned.

Any other comments on the car?

Over all comfortable riding and driving. Great economy

Lastly, would you buy this vehicle again?

No

Why would/wouldn't you buy it again?

Would certainly buy a smaller Mitsubishi PHEV. But our experience has been disappointment with the internal room for such a large vehicle
