4WD; towing capacity for boat and HD trailer; SUV. It has met all our expectations and exceeded our fuel economy expectations.
What were your initial thoughts about the car? Tell us why it appealed to you.
We were very impressed when we went for a 3,500km trip around the northern half of the South Island and back to Northland, with an impressive 7.9l/100km. We average 9.x when we include towing and daily running.
What have you discovered since owning the car?
We love it. It is robust, feels safe and handles bad conditions well. It is very good to drive both on and off-road.
What do you like/dislike about the car?
It has met all our needs. It has performed above expectations on fuel economy. To date, there is nothing we dislike about the car.
Any other comments on the car?
We never use the 7-seats, so offer a 5-seat version or lose the extra row of seats.
