What were your needs when you bought this car? Has it fulfilled those needs?

We needed a car that was economical, comfortable, performed and handled well. We needed a car that we could claim the Govt Rebate. We needed a car loaded with extras. Yes it has met those needs.

What were your initial thoughts about the car? Tell us why it appealed to you.

We are now retired and going from two cars to one car and wanted a medium size PHEV, It had the Govt rebate of $5750.

What have you discovered since owning the car?

We have enjoyed free around town running provided we plug it in each evening. The average petrol use 3.7L/100Kms which includes trips to Mangawhai Heads.

What do you like/dislike about the car?

No leather seats as an option, so we had RVE fit smart leather seats and also tinted the front windows to 35%. The car performs well and handles well. We would have liked 100km range for electric instead of 45 - 65kms.

Any other comments on the car?

We are now retired and have replaced a Ford Territory Titanium Diesel and a Ford Focus Titanium to a single medium size car this is the ideal model for the rest of our retirement years.
