What were your needs when you bought this car? Has it fulfilled those needs?
I needed something with space for materials, so a good boot with fold-down seats in the rear for extra capacity. A towbar was essential. I needed comfort because in the past, my back suffered on long trips. I wanted appealing design, because I like cars and what I drive matters. Most of all, I needed to feel safe in it. I saw a minor collision once between a Toyota and a Citroen. The Toyota collapsed, the Citroen could be happily driven away. I never forgot that. The speed it could reach was never an issue: I am interested in safety, not speed.
What were your initial thoughts about the car? Tell us why it appealed to you.
It looks good. The shape is excellent, it has two-toned colour highlights, good layout inside. It was deft and agile on my test run.
What have you discovered since owning the car?
I LOVE IT!! I have owned lots of cars over my 71 years and this is the best car I have ever had. It is quietly suave!!
What do you like/dislike about the car?
Likes: The car is fun, it is lively, it is functional, it is different, but the best thing of all: it is comfortable and on long trips, my back is fine. Oh those seats -- best seats ever! Citroen has put new materials into the seats - an area that most car manufacturers don't pay enough attention to, in my opinion. The car's suspension is great, it is quiet inside, and I feel safe in it. It has proved to be reliable (and has a five-year warranty). Dislikes: None.
Any other comments on the car?
I am waiting for the Citroen hybrid to arrive in NZ. I want one. It's hard to find a Citroen these days, though.

I would buy it again for the rest of my life! I love everything about it: it is smooth and quiet and fun.
