There have been rumours of Tesla unveiling their fully electric double cab ute at the end of this year.
While the electric vehicle giant has remained reasonably tight-lipped about the project, designer Emre Husman has created what it could look like. The only official image of the "cyber punk" trunk has been released by the man himself, Elon Musk.

Describing it as a "cyber punk truck", Elon certainly got the world's hopes up. We're just hoping that it's going to look something like Husman's renders.
Sitting at the front of the truck are a pair of thin LED headlights that surround a faux grille. A decent sized skid plate sits underneath these features.
As we've seen with other EVs, Tesla would be able to utilise the extra space and push the wheelbase out, making for a roomier interior. A set of huge doors also make use of this space.
In terms of powertrain and suspension possibilities, Elon has talked about an adjustable suspension system that adjusts the stiffness based on the load. Seating for six people, and a 643km – 804km range have been hinted at.
While the chances of the ute actually looking like this are extremely thin, Elon has pulled bigger rabbits out of his hat.
