It was recently revealed that Mercedes-Benz is planning on offering an advanced rear-wheel steering system as a subscription on the upcoming all-electric EQS.
While the regular car will come with up to 4.5 degrees of steering angle at the rear axle, paying the subscription fee will increase this to over 10 degrees.

We have seen subscription services in the automotive industry in the past, but never for specific upgrades on a car that the customer already owns.
