The Range Rover Astronaut Edition is not available to just anyone. To buy it you have to be, well, an astronaut. Or rather, have purchased a ticket to fly on the Virgin Galactic space shuttle, which is set to commence commercial flights from next year.
As you might expect, that ticket is not cheap - although at least one Kiwi has already secured a place.
Jaguar Land Rover is also up in the air with another project: it's supporting the Rolls-Royce Spirit of Innovation light aircraft programme, which aims to fly at 480km/h on purely electric power.
There are some weirdly specific synergies between the Jaguar I-Pace support vehicle and the Rolls-Royce e-plane. Check it all out in the Zooming Bite above.
