If you talked about off-roading in a Lamborghini a few years ago, people would either think that you managed to get your hands on an ultra-rare LM002, or were genuinely crazy.
You might still be called crazy for doing it, but the Urus, Lamborghini's SUV, is more than capable of attacking any terrain and looking incredible while doing so.
They've also built a Lamborghini surfboard — because, why not?
With angles that look nothing like the Italian manufacturer's first attempt at an SUV, the Urus is the practical Lamborghini that can fit the kids in the back, and sprint to 100km/h in under four seconds (not at the same time though).
If you needed a reminder of what the Urus is capable of, Lamborghini has released a magnificent video of a group of their SUVs attacking a beach in Portugal.
With 'Sabbia' mode engaged, the Urus is able to tackle to loosest of terrain, including the dry sand that is shown in this video. 'Neve' is the mode you want if you're heading into below-freezing temperatures and want to stick to the road, and 'Terra' "ensures comfort and ease in off-road conditions." If, like 90% of future Urus owners, you're planning to stick to the tarmac, 'Strada', 'Sport', and 'Corsa' are the only modes that you're going to need.
Once the convoy of Lamborghini SUVs get off the gravel and hit the sand, 'Terra' mode is changed to 'Sabbia' mode and the beasts let loose.
