There are reasons some might dislike Porsche.
They might not like that the 911 has looked basically the same for 30 years, and that its engine is in 'the wrong place'. They might also have distaste for the Cayenne, and the rampant performance SUV market that it helped pioneer.
And that would all be fine, because opinions are like toenails — everybody's got 10 of them. Apart from my Dad, who's stuck on eight.
But, you cannot deny this; the Porsche community is among the most passionate and dedicated on the planet. And few things prove that more than the amount of owners that got involved in the manufacturer's 'Sportscar Together' gatherings last weekend.
