Subaru WRX drivers in the US have been awarded the prestigious prize of most likely receive a speeding ticket for the third year in a row.
Data collected from Insurify has revealed a list of cars that are most likely to have heavy-footed drivers behind the wheel. And Subaru WRX have come out on top for the third year running.
The data compares the number of drivers with a prior speeding ticket, with the total number of drivers for almost 400 vehicle models. Subaru actually featured amongst the top of the list with three separate models: the WRX, the BRZ, and the Impreza.

According to the data, 18.8% of WRX drivers have received a speeding ticket in the US. But the national average of ticket recipients is just 9.59%, which doesn't bode well for the Subaru drivers.
The Hyundai Group also features high on the list of cars with speeding drivers with the Genesis Coupe at 17.72%, the Kia Stinger at 16.58%, and the Hyundai Veloster at 14.65%. All of whom appear in the top 10.
It comes as no surprise that five of the top 10 cars are sports cars.
