BMW’s luxury long-wheelbase 7 series sedan has received the M Performance treatment, resulting in a $347,000 V12 monster that’s positioned atop the BMW range.

At the heart of the new M Performance enhanced 7 Series is a 6.6-litre twin-turbocharged V12 producing 488kW between 5,250-6000rpm and 800Nm of torque from 1,500-5000rpm.
The 12 cylinder, twin turbo power plant makes the M760Li the most powerful production car BMW has ever made, coupled to an eight-speed automatic gearbox it will be the fastest accelerating, too, with BMW saying the M760Li will go from 0-100km/h in 3.7.
BMW’s xDrive (all-wheel-drive) system will send most of the power to the rear with variable torque split for all weather driveability.
The M760Li is also fitted with an M Sport exhaust and brake calipers with 19-inch disks for stopping power.
20-inch M light alloy wheels will be equipped with mixed-sized tyres; 245/40 up front and 275/35 in the rear.
BMW’s Driving Experience Control system will come standard. The system has the ability to analyses driving styles, and adapt suspension, drive, steering, gearbox and throttle settings to suit.
Visually the M760Li is identifiable with M logos, a V12 C-pillar badge and Cerium Grey wheels, kidney grille surround, front apron strip, mirror caps and side door trim.
The interior features seats made from Merino full leather upholstery, which also appear on the door panels, dashboard and centre console.
The M760Li is also offered in ‘Model V12 Excellence’ trim as a no-cost option which swaps the M Performace highlights for a more elegant look.
