The supercar collection of a crime lord dubbed ‘Don Car-Leone’ is expected to net the British treasury more than £1million later this month.
Alexander Surin, a fugitive currently living in Dubai, had a number of cars and houses seized in 2009 as part of a major operation.

Among these was a Rolls-Royce Phantom which had £800,000 of cash in the boot.
Earlier this year the National Crime Agency confirmed an agreement had been struck to sell the cars under the Proceeds of Crime Act.
The exotic fleet, made up of a Ferrari Enzo, Ferrari 599 GTB, Ferrari California and the Rolls-Royce Phantom, will be auctioned off at the end of June.
Surin previously handed them over after admitting that they were bought with the proceeds of crime, along with the profits from the sale of a 253mph Bugatti Veyron, worth £1.5million new.
With a guide price of £800,000, the fugitive's former Ferrari Enzo is expected to become one of the most expensive seized cars ever sold.
In total, the ill-gotten gains are expected to sell for a little over £1million.
The NCA had earlier argued that Surin’s assets were the result of money laundering, mortgage fraud, tax evasion and the importation into Europe and the UK of multiple tonnes of ketamine.
Surin - previously known as Michael Boparan - denied this, but neither he nor his wife chose to contest the evidence at trial.
He has previously been arrested in relation to various criminal investigations, but this is the first time his property has been subject to this level of asset recovery.
In handing over his supercars, Surin also surrended his plush London flat, money from the sale of three other London homes, two houses in Kent and cash spread across numerous bank accounts.
The deal came just over a year after his wife Jasbinder Boparan denied in court that she was living off her husband’s crimes, despite accounts showing that she was spending £17,000 a month.
The pair have now accepted that £4.5million of assets seized from them by the NCA were acquired through crime.
Prior to fleeing to Dubai after being convicted of drug trafficking in France, Surin would boast about his cars on the Pistonheads and FerrariChat forums.

The Ferrari 599 GTB is expected to sell for around £90,000, while the Ferrari California has an estimate of £80,000. The Rolls-Royce should sell for around £50,000.
All four cars are going under the hammer on June 26 at Bonhams’ Goodwood Festival of Speed sale.
A spokesperson for Bonhams confirmed it was selling the cars on behalf of the NCA.
