Skoda Enyaq’s facelift brings sleek design and more range.

Skoda Enyaq’s facelift brings sleek design and more range.

Skoda has unveiled the first official concept images of its refreshed Enyaq and Enyaq Coupe electric SUVs, set to launch in 2025.

Sporting a bold new Modern Solid design language and improved aerodynamics, the updated models promise greater range alongside striking aesthetics.

The facelift introduces Skoda’s Tech-Deck Face, a fully illuminated front grille that replaces the traditional design.

The revamped look, inspired by the Skoda Elroq concept, includes split lighting elements and a reshaped front bumper, creating a sharper and more futuristic appearance.

In another departure from tradition, the bonnet now carries “Skoda” lettering instead of the brand’s badge, complemented by dark chrome accents and a new Olibo Green paint option exclusive to the Enyaq.

While the rear design appears largely unchanged in the teaser, spy shots hint at subtle adjustments, such as redesigned taillights and a modified bumper. Crucially, the enhanced aerodynamics should improve the range across both body styles.

Skoda has yet to confirm powertrain updates, but the current lineup remains competitive.

The Enyaq 60 offers a 62kWh battery and a rear-mounted motor producing 132kW of power and 310Nm of torque, delivering a WLTP range of 401km.

The Enyaq 85, with its 82kWh battery, bumps output to 210kW, achieving a range of 566km and a brisk 0 to 100 km/h sprint in 6.7 seconds.

Meanwhile, all-wheel-drive options include the 85x and performance-focused vRS, boasting 250kW and acceleration times as quick as 5.5 seconds.

With its design overhaul and aerodynamic improvements, the facelifted Enyaq aims to strengthen its position in the EV market.

More details, including pricing and availability in key markets, are expected closer to the 2025 launch.
