At this Sunday's Blues vs Chiefs rugby game at Eden Park, five people will have the chance to win a Kia.
Blues partner and Auckland Kia dealership Andrew Simms is offering a Kia Seltos LX for a year/15,000km to the winner. But they have to bring their best kicking skills: the winner will have to successfully drop-kick a rugby ball from the 22m line, right in front. Probably more than once ... Five finalists have already been selected online.

All five finalists were selected earlier this week and received a double VIP pass to the game; they now have to front up at Eden Park by 2:15pm for the on-field “boot party” at half-time, for a shot - literally - at winning a car.
From there it’s a process of elimination: all have to attempt the kick, and those who are successful move on to the next round until only one remains.
Use of a brand-new car for a year is a pretty good prize. But what do you reckon is the most expensive car giveaway?
It reminded us of some other car-winning competitions over the years, so we dug around and found one of the best cars ever won was an Audi supercar.
In the US, where everything is bigger, a 2013 episode of television game show The Price Is Right is still talked about today. A Washington woman won an Audi R8, valued at US$157,000.
Perhaps the cruellest-ever “car” giveaway, an April Fools’ joke in 2001, is also still talked about today.
Almost 20 years ago, Jodee Berry, was a waitress at a Hooters restaurant in Florida, who went all-out to win a brand-new “Toyota” that was offered by her employer, by selling the most beer in a month.
Presumably that offer was made verbally, because when the time came to collect her prize in the restaurant car park, it turned out to be a “toy Yoda”... you know, of the Star Wars merch variety.
Jodee was not impressed (that's her 'not impressed' face in the photo). She quit her job at said Hooters, sued the company and won.
David Noll, her attorney, was quoted on saying that the amount of money the woman received would allow Jodee to “pick out whatever type of Toyota she wants.”
And the ultimate irony? A a 'toy Yoda' from 2001 (or earlier) would probably be worth more in 2020 than that same Toyota! So much that 2020 is The Empire Strikes Back's 40th anniversary, and one of the re-releases is... yep, a toy Yoda, around NZ$50. An original 1981 Yoda would be well over the price of that 2001 Toyota.
