New Camaro Z/28 production mule crashes hard during Nürburgring testing
The new 2017 Chevrolet Camaro Z/28 is going to be one hell of a machine. The current Z/28 is already highly regarded by many as one of the sharpest-handling cars to ever come out of America, and the next iteration of the brand is looking to take this even further. Spy images and video that have surfaced this week show off a comprehensive aero package, including a big rear wing and front splitter.
None of which could stop Chevrolet's Nürburgring test driver from slamming the camouflaged production mule into the wall during testing ...
The crash doesn't appear to cause too much damage to the mule, as it gives one final grunt before retiring to the grass. Before long, a team drape the car in tarp before loading it onto the back of a tow truck and driving away.
A quick cut and buff and she'll be back out there in no time.
