Despite the stories, new Top Gear looks like it'll pull through after all
After all the behind-the-scenes malarkey, the reported spats and dummy-spits, the first trailer for the new season of 'new' Top Gear has been released — and it's looking good.
The same incredible imagery the show is renowned for is there, as are the laughs, as are the incredible cars and idiotic challenges. View it for yourself above. No signs of Rory Reid, Chris Harris, or Eddie Jordan — but there's nothing wrong with a bit of mystery.
So now instead of just the one cool comedic car show, we have two. Clarkson, in bipping that producer with your ham fists, you may well have just done the best thing for the funny-car show profession.
