Foton New Zealand is predicting great things from the recently upgraded 2017 Tunland Double Cab 4WD - labelled internally as Tunland T3.
The Foton Tunland T3 edition is the third upgrade of Tunland since it made its global debut in October 2011. This improved model picks up multiple product enhancements with upgraded specifications, features and improved on-road driving dynamics.
The most significant improvements are found in the interior with a new dashboard, in car entertainment, Bluetooth system, improved steering wheel controls and seat trim.
There are improvements under the bonnet as well. An upgraded Cummins ISF 2.8l turbo diesel engine features a BOSCH electronically controlled, high pressure, common rail fuel injection system and a new Variable Geometry Turbo (VGT). This increases the outputs to 130kW of power and 365Nm of torque.
The upgraded Cummins ISF 2.8l engine also meets Euro 5 emissions standards and offers a smoother and livelier power delivery, creating an even better driving experience.
