Former Stig ties up with fellow stuntman for bonkers introduction to precision driving

Former Top Gear Stig Ben Collins has an incredible resume — The Dark Knight RisesFast & Furious 6, a couple of Bond films, and many more. It's no doubt an incredible position to be in; jetting around the globe rubbing shoulders with the Hollywood elite, while being planted behind the wheel of some of the world's most exciting cars.

But, you don't just become a stunt driver by trade by scraping through a few courses at uni or schooling your mates at the monthly go-karting night. Collins' skills as both a stunt driver and outright race driver are sublime. And we get to see some of these precision skills first hand in this video put together by the driver and fellow stuntman Damien Walters.

The super-cut shows the pair going through a whole raft of different stunts, mixed with a few undertones of harmless larrikinism. A poor Peugeot 307 and BMW 3 Series get pushed well beyond their limits, engines are fried, and in the end we're a bit wiser about what it takes to be a stunt driver.

And a bit more jealous.
