For sale: silver two-door hatchback, very good condition, one previous owner, rarely used.
Floyd Mayweather is selling his Koenigsegg CCXR Trevita, one of only two models in the world.

The boxer bought the car in 2015 for US$4.8 million ($6.8m).

It is not yet known how much he expects for it.

The 4.8-litre, twin-supercharged V8 engine can go from 0 to 100km/h in 2.9 seconds, and has a top speed of 400km/h.

The body of a “regular” CCXR is made of a special carbon fibre that, up until the development of the Trevita, was possible only in black.

For the Trevita (which means “three whites” in Swedish) Koenigsegg developed a diamond weave carbon fibre finish to give it its signature colour.

The undefeated fighter is certainly not short of “Money” — hence his nickname — and is worth more than US$400 million, making him the world’s highest-paid athlete.

On top of that, he is building the hype for what will be — if it happens — the biggest night in combat sports history, should he take on Irish UFC champ Conor McGregor in a much anticipated mega-fight this summer.
