The Miura reimagined - Liberty Walk fuses retro charm with modern aggression.

Japanese tuning house Liberty Walk has again turned heads, this time with an audacious widebody reinterpretation of the iconic Lamborghini Miura

Known for its purist appeal and celebrated as one of the most beautiful supercars ever created, the Miura is an unlikely candidate for extreme modification.

Yet, Liberty Walk has unapologetically applied its signature widebody style, leaving the car world divided between admiration and outrage.

The transformation is far from subtle. Liberty Walk's LB-Silhouette Works GT kit replaces most of the Miura's original panels with aggressive motorsport-inspired bodywork.

The front fascia now features a pronounced splitter paired with sharp aerodynamic canards. Wide, flared front fenders accommodate deep-dish aftermarket wheels, enhancing the car's track-ready stance. Side skirts stretch aggressively along the profile, leading to a pair of compact, racing-style mirrors.

At the rear, Liberty Walk has completely redesigned the clamshell with exaggerated arches and an extreme diffuser. Towering over the tail is a massive rear wing, its uprights rising dramatically from the bumper. While the air suspension setup hasn’t been officially confirmed, the lowered stance suggests adjustability is part of the package.

One significant question remains unanswered: Has Liberty Walk tampered with the Miura's legendary naturally aspirated V12?

The tuner has been tight-lipped on engine details, leaving enthusiasts to wonder whether the original engine remains untouched beneath the radically reworked body.

Liberty Walk is no stranger to controversy. From widebody Ferraris to reimagined Countachs, their philosophy is clear: no car is off-limits.

The Miura project, however, ventures into sacred territory for many enthusiasts. Purists may see the widebody conversion as desecration, while others will celebrate it as a bold homage to Lamborghini's motorsport roots.

The widebody Lamborghini Miura will officially make its public debut at the upcoming Tokyo Auto Salon, where it will undoubtedly steal headlines.
