Love the Defender 90, but are worried it just isn't quite in-your-face enough for you? Well, we've got some good news for you because Chelsea Truck Co. and Kahn Design have combined forces to introduced the Defender 90 Concept 001, a prototype showcasing both companies' latest design modifications for the Defender.

And it is certainly more in-your-face...

The Concept 001 serves as a "preview of bespoke upgrades planned for future limited-run models" and is largely a showcase Kahn's newly announced 20-inch Hammerhead RS-Forged wheels, fitted on the Concept 001 with with some chunky 33-inch all-terrain tyres.

The exterior includes Chelsea Truck Company’s extra-wide over-fenders and carbon fibre rear diffuser spats, while the lower body has a 3D-textured protective paint finish. Up front, the Concept 001 sports restyled headlights, while a Kahn-branded rigid spare wheel cover is located at the rear. A lightweight, aerodynamically optimised vented bonnet in deep gloss black has also been added.

The interior of the Concept 001 features a hand-finished black leather upholstery with Britannia blue piping and extended accents, while an exclusive "Kahn Design Concept Identity Badge" is present, along with colour-matched side vents featuring CTC Plaques, Kahn bonnet lettering, and the Chelsea Truck Co. radar emblem. The vehicle is finished in signature Kahn Volcanic Rock Satin paint with 3D Military-Textured accents.

While the Concept 001 is just that - a concept - the Exterior Conversion is actually available by special order through Kahn Design for Defender 90 and 110 models, and will set you back £25,000 (NZ$56,785), which does include sales tax, professional fitting and bespoke paint finishing.
