Historically, Jeep has revealed a few new offroad variants at the Moab Easter Safari, but things have been switched up this year with the release of the Gladiator.
All six of the vehicles that Jeep is planning on bringing to the safari are modified versions of the company's latest release, except for the one that's based on an older model.
There's no word yet as to which ones are going to make it to the production line, but this will be decided based on public interest at the safari.
A resto-modded M-715 Five-Quarter is by far the most unique vehicle that they are bringing to Moab — and is arguably the best looking.
While they may look like the original metal panels, this Gladiator is made up of a combination of fibreglass and carbon-fibre that has been finished with a brushed-metal look.
Although the suspension and tyre set up may look like the most impressive aspect of the truck, the 'Hellcrate' 6.2-litre supercharged V8 under the hood easily takes that title.
It's the same engine that you'd find in all the current Hellcats and the Trackhawk, except this one is mated to an old school 3-speed automatic transmission.
The classic 8-71 supercharger encases the transmission and transfer case while also being part of the centre console.
Another unique model that is going to be present at Moab is the extremely blue J6 concept.
Based on the four-door Wrangler Unlimited, the J6 showcases what a two-door/long bed combination could look like on a Gladiator.
It is powered by the standard 3.6-litre V6, but sits on top of lifted suspension and a set of beadlock wheels.
Based on the production Gladiator, the other four trucks have mostly aesthetic modifications, but are undeniably cool in their own way.
