With a history of modifying almost everything that comes out of Japan, Kuhl Racing taking on the task of making the Nissan Leaf look cool comes as no surprise.
The tuning house found their fame in modifying both generations of the R35 GT-R, and have taken the same styling cues to Nissan's EV.
Because it is one of the best selling EVs on the market, Kuhl Racing is bound to sell quite a few of these kits for the Leaf.
The addition of a new front and rear bumpers, a diffuser and a huge roof wing, the Leaf is transformed from a standard looking EV to something that wouldn't look out of place at Tokyo Auto Salon.
Combine the kit with a set of hefty three-piece-wheels and some adjustable air suspension, you've got yourself a car that will be called "hotboi" in the backwards hat circles.
Performance upgrades aren't mentioned in Kuhl Racing's post so we can assume that it's completely stock under the hood. The standard Leaf pumps out 110kW to the wheels, while the upgraded Leaf e+ has got a hefty 160kW.
In terms of range, the standard model can travel 241 km before it needs a recharge, while the e+ can travel 364 km before it runs out of juice.
If you've got a Leaf that's in need of this kit, it hasn't been listed on Kuhl Racing's website just yet, but we can expect that it'll be coming soon.
