For those that aren't familiar with Honda heritage, this is one of the most sought after vehicles in the Type R line-up ever produced, and because this one was sold in the Canadian market, it is badged as an Acura.
Featuring more power and less weight than the standard Integra, the Type R was a purpose-built race car designed for the street and track use.
When building the Type R Integra, everything that didn't make the car go faster or lighter was thrown away, resulting in a car without a stereo system, sound deadening, and heat panels.
This resulted in a car that wasn't too comfortable to drive long distances, but could put down a decent time at your local track.
Only 250 Integras came out of the factory with these special Recaro seats, an aspect of the car that the owner has been offered over $8K NZD for already.

While $40K is a lot to spend on an early 2000s Honda, the price of these cars has been creeping up over the past few years, and after that green Honda NSX was listed for over $100K, this one seems like a bargain.
