Hyundai have used the Paris Motor Show to premiere 'its ultimate performance show car' - the i30 N 'N Option'.
Hyundai say the N Option is our first glimpse at how Hyundai's first high-performance car could evolve. But it's also the first showcase for a few add-ons that will soon be available to customers, hopefully worldwide, with a full catalogue of N Option-branded upgrades expected to be launched in the near future.
'The company aims to provide a large amount of customisation features to driving enthusiasts who want to make their car more unique,' Hyundai said in a statement.

In total, the i30 N Option showcases 25 new parts scattered all over the exterior and interior of the newly launched hot hatch. Body upgrades include a carbon hood with integrated air vents, new N grille, carbon rear wing and quad muffler exhaust.
The concept also debuts a'N Option' exterior colour finished in matt paint and sits on all-new 20-inch lightweight performance wheels fitted with semi-slick tyres. Hidden within the wheels appears to be a significant brake upgrade package with slotted rotors and larger calipers.
In the cabin you'll find black carbon accents along the dashboard, air vents, door handles and steering wheel bottom, which is covered with Alcantara.
There's a pair of lightweight bucket seats and the interior look is completed with new pedals and new gear lever.
"The development of our N vehicles is grounded in Motorsport and our engagement there is the pinnacle of N,” said Hyundai Motorsport executive Thomas Schemera.
“The new i30 N Line and our i30 N ‘N Option’ show car illustrate our dual approach to customisation, making N available to a wider audience. With our N portfolio we are shaking up the competition, and bringing new performance and emotions for our customers."
