The Honda NSX supercar has a top speed of 307km/h, the Civic Type R hot hatch maxes out at 250km/h, and the fastest motorcycle it currently sells can reach 281km/h flat out.
This latest model isn't quite as fast as any of these, capable of just 217km/h - but it can mow your lawn at the same time.
The Japanese manufacturer has long built things that aren't just road vehicles.
It has an extensive history of producing large construction machinery, generators, power tools, gardening equipment and both conventional and ride-on lawnmowers.
And now Honda is combining two of its products to produce the ultimate grass cutter for speed freaks.
Called the Mean Mower, it will be the second iteration of a high-powered ride-on that's capable of blasting beyond 100mph.
The first generation supermower, revealed in 2014, had a 1,000cc 109bhp V-twin Honda Firestorm superbike motor dropped into the chassis of an HF2620 lawnmower.
It was clocked at a maximum speed of 187.60km/h and was even timed against the car maker's British Touring Car Championship Civic racers four years ago.
The record didn't last long, though - the Norwegian Speed Factory team, using a Viking T6 mower packing a Corvette V8 engine, was measured going even faster, hitting 215km/h in 2015.
Speed-crazed technicians at Honda's BTCC partner Team Dynamics now want the title back and have decided it's time to use the same motorcycle-and-mower combo to create a vehicle that could clip a football pitch in a matter of minutes.
Power is up thanks to the inclusion of a 1,000cc four-cylinder engine from a CBR1000RR Fireblade.
That means this sit-down grass-groomer should make a massive 189bhp in power.
The high-performance motor has been slotted into Honda's range-topping HF2622 mower, which cost from £5,300 - though plenty of work has been done to extend the chassis to make the engine fit.
Honda says it should be capable of travelling at speeds in excess of 215km/h - that's faster than a 1.5-litre Mini Cooper hatchback you can buy in dealerships today.
As well as a new drivetrain, quite a few other modifications look to have been added.
This includes a carbon-fibre bucket seat, Sparco racing steering wheel, more alternations to the chassis and a set of lightweight wheels wrapped in sticky slick rubber.
It's also expected to have traction control, ABS brakes an the same anti-wheelie system fitted to Honda motorcycles - so it shouldn't flip over.
Once finished, Team Dynamics hopes to set a new Guinness World Record top speed for mowers, taking the crown back to Japan.
But don't get excited about doing one of your weekly chores in a flash.
This is one vehicle you won't be able to buy from your local Honda dealer.
