Limited edition Capitva
Holden is introducing a limited production version of its Captiva SUV this weekend.
The seven-seat Captiva Equipe goes on sale for $35,990, and includes several upgrades, including a seven-inch multifunction colour touchscreen, providing high resolution for the rear view camera, and helping drivers judge the distance when reversing to hitch up a trailer or boat.
The managing director of Holden New Zealand, Kritian Aquilina, said more than 1000 new Captivas had already been sold so far this year.
"The arrival of the limited production model will strengthen the appeal of what is consistently one of the best-selling models not only in our range, but in the whole the country," he said.
The Holden Captiva, already one of the most popular seven-seat SUV models available for sale in New Zealand, has had its impressive aesthetic and specification credentials further enhanced with the release of a new special value package.
“The seven-seat functionality is a key attribute which finds favour with many families, both large and small, while the five-star ANCAP rating provides further peace of mind.”
The Captiva Equipe also featured the Apple Carplay and Android Auto connectivity system, making it easier for drivers to stay connected when they’re in the car. Additional cconvenience features include passive entry and start with sensor key, as well as an electric eight-way driver’s seat.
The recommended selling price of the 2.4-litre, four-cylinder Captiva Equipe is $35,990 plus on-road costs, which represents outstanding value as it comes loaded with extras such as factory fitted electric sunroof, 18” unique alloy wheels, roof rails and leather appointed seat trim. Front fog lamps complete the exterior appearance.
