  • Drive Holidays’ GM received the Best Executive award at the Stellantis Tourist Leasing Conference.
  • Rick Armstrong and Mark Darrow's company operates under the Drive Europe brand within the Armstrong’s network.
  • Drive Europe enables travellers to lease Peugeot or Citroën vehicles in Europe for up to 175 days with full insurance.

Drive Holidays, the New Zealand-based leasing agent that helps Kiwis explore Europe in new Peugeot and Citroën vehicles, has notched another major international award at the 2025 Stellantis Tourist Leasing Conference in France.

Just a year after taking home Best Booking Management, General Manager Delwyn Sinclair has now earned the coveted Best Executive title, recognising her leadership and the team’s consistently high performance in a fiercely competitive global market.

Operating under the Drive Europe banner within the Armstrong’s network, Drive Holidays is co-owned by Rick Armstrong and Mark Darrow, both quick to credit Sinclair for keeping the company’s momentum strong abroad.

‘The best executive I have ever worked with’

Stellantis’ own General Manager for tourist leasing, Marguerite Tsamerian, was effusive in her praise: “Delwyn is the best executive I have ever worked with.”

Darrow echoed that sentiment, calling Sinclair “a standout manager” whose passion shows through in every customer experience. “The seamless service and exceptional experience our clients enjoy can all be traced back to Delwyn’s passion and commitment,” he said .

He added that Drive Holidays’ small team “continues to punch above its weight globally,” with this latest recognition underscoring both leadership and the company’s international reputation among New Zealand travellers.

Driving Europe, literally

With over 25 years in the business (and as a user of the service herself), Sinclair knows the Drive Europe model inside out. The programme lets travellers lease a brand-new Peugeot or Citroën for 15 to 175 days, complete with full insurance and no hidden costs.

Each year, more than 800 New Zealanders take advantage of the offer, relishing the freedom to roam Europe at their own pace in their own vehicle.

For those tempted by the idea, the details are at peugeotdriveeurope.co.nz and citroendriveeurope.co.nz, but given Drive Holidays’ latest win, it seems the real road trip to watch is the one this Kiwi team’s on.
