New Supersports stars in gymkhana-style film.

  • Bentley recently released the Supersports: Fill Send film starring Travis Pastrana.
  • The Supersports uses RWD and produces 490kW from its twin-turbo V8 powertrain.
  • Production is limited to 500 units, with builds starting late 2026 and deliveries in 2027.

Bentley has teamed up with motorsport and stunt ace Travis Pastrana for what it calls its most dynamic film yet, putting the new Continental GT Supersports through a tyre-smoking tour of the brand’s Crewe campus.

The result is ‘Supersports: Full Send’, shot entirely at Bentley’s factory and “Dream Factory” facilities, and launched on 22 January 2026.

The point of the exercise is simple: Bentley wants to prove the latest Supersports isn’t just about straight-line shove. With rear-wheel drive and 490kW as standard, the car is presented as capable of “sustained slip angles, donuts and slides” when the right driver is at the wheel.

Pymkhana, anyone?

Bentley says Pastrana worked with the brand in September last year to create a gymkhana-style film set within the factory grounds, cheekily dubbed ‘Pymkhana’, a nod to Pyms Lane, where the site was originally constructed in 1938. The film also premiered to 400 invited customers and guests at a launch event in Dubai and is available via Bentley’s YouTube channel.

Pastrana’s verdict is refreshingly direct: “I knew the Supersports would have a lot of power but I was happily surprised by how nimble and fun it was to drive. I’ve never driven a production-based car to film a video of this magnitude before, without a clutch or modified steering angle, I had my concerns - but the Supersports exceeded all of my expectations. It was exactly what I had hoped for - the perfect combination of luxury and performance.”

The film car gets a few “helpful” tweaks

To make the on-site drifting possible, Bentley modified the specific Supersports used for filming.

The key addition was a hydraulic handbrake mounted alongside the steering wheel, designed to lock the rear axle instantly, then hand control back to the drivetrain as soon as it’s released. Bentley also added software changes enabling power braking, letting brake and throttle be applied together to adjust the car mid-drift and perform burnouts.

The handbrake even carries the word ‘Mildred’, Bentley’s internal project name for Supersports, inspired by “Bentley Girl” Mildred Mary Petre.
