Bentley Motors has confirmed it will take on 25 apprentices for 2026, with applications now open across a wide range of business areas as the luxury marque pushes ahead with its electrification plans.
The intake marks another chapter in a programme that spans more than four decades. Bentley says its apprenticeship pathway has helped develop engineers, leaders and specialists who now play key roles across the company. It's a legacy it intends to continue under its Beyond100+ transformation strategy.
From shop floor to strategy

The 2026 intake will cover Manufacturing, Research and Development, Sales and Marketing, Finance, Quality, Mulliner, Strategy and Product Lines. Successful applicants will be based at Bentley’s Crewe facility, working alongside experienced teams while contributing to live projects.
Apprenticeships begin in September 2026 and are available at multiple levels. These range from Advanced Apprenticeships (equivalent to two A Level passes) through to Higher Apprenticeships aligned with foundation degree or HNC/HND qualifications, and Degree Apprenticeships that offer progression comparable to a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
Dr Karen Lange, Member of the Board for People and Culture at Bentley Motors, said: “For 40 years, our apprenticeship programmes have been a powerful engine for innovation, craftsmanship and progress, enabling talented individuals to turn ambition into impact... Investing in young people today is how we secure sustainable success for decades to come.”
Real-world exposure

Current Degree Apprentice in Product Strategy, Sophie Reynolds, highlighted the breadth of experience on offer:
“Bentley drew me in as a relatively small company where I could build close relationships, get hands on in real business activities, and gain exposure all the way up to the Executive Board.
“My apprenticeship has taken me on placements across Product Strategy, Product Line Delivery, Manufacturing, R&D, and a stint internationally in Porsche."
Bentley has also been named a UK Top Employer for the 15th consecutive year, recognition it says reflects sustained investment in workplace culture and colleague development.
Applications close on February 20, 2026, with further details available via Bentley’s careers portal.
