Aston Martin DB10

In classic Bond tradition James Bond has been gifted a brand new car, and this time he’s getting behind the wheel of an Aston Martin DB10 which director Sam Mendes introduced as the ‘first cast member’. The DB10 is a 2-door coupe complete with a six speed manual transmission, and powered by a 4.7L AJ37 V8 engine. Aston Martin is celebrating their 50 year partnership with the Bond films, with their DB5 first appearing in the 1964 film Goldfinger, and director Sam Mendes acted as a consultant on the DB10 alongside the design team.

Jaguar C-X75

Facing off against bond is Dave Bautista as the villainous Mr. Hinks, and who is getting behind the wheel of a Jaguar C-X75. This two-seat, hybrid-electric concept car is powered by four 145 kW (194 hp)electric motors, one per wheel, which produce 780 hp (582 kW) and a total torque output of 1,600 N·m (1,180 lbf·ft). But even with it’s impressive feat of electrical motor engineering, and sleek aerodynamic design Jaguar put the C-X75 into cancellation, and only five models are known to exit. The thrilling chase promised in Spectre will mark the C-X75’s first appearance in public.
